Come and celebrate the May Day in a nice Czech way to our glassworks in Nizbor. It will be a day full of experiences, love and goodies. Come and make, cut or paint a crystal heart and you can also sip champagne, have a May dessert not only for lovers and kiss under the blossoming tree. After all, Nižbor by the Berounka River is an ideal place for nature walks.

On Good Friday and Holy Saturday, we dedicate our glassworks, as we do every year, to celebrating the spring holidays. Come and blow a colorful Easter egg from molten glass, engrave spring motifs on crystal glasses or bowls, arrange an Easter decoration for your table, and even weave a traditional Easter whip from willow branches.

We have prepared a unique Friday evening for you on February 14, 2025, that you won’t forget anytime soon. Become a glassmaker for a moment and create a memory that will last forever! Over the course of two hours at our glassworks, you and your significant other will blow a crystal heart – in a color of your choice. You’ll also try engraving a heartfelt message onto glasses or bowls and paint your own design on a crystal heart or candleholder.

Join us in celebrating the start of Advent by creating beautiful gifts and lighting the Christmas tree in Nižbor. From 10 AM to 5 PM, the glassworks will offer guided tours, special glassblowing experiences for making Christmas ornaments in the hot shop at a discounted price, and engraving Christmas or other designs onto candle holders, glasses, bowls, or beer mugs in the engraving workshop.

A day when beer flows in a stream in the Rückl glassworks and the smell of after-holiday cakes and roasted meat attracts you from afar. Come and say hello to St. Wenceslas, Duke of Bohemia, who has promised to visit us on this festive day.

For this summer we have prepared something new for you! The glassmaking show and workshop will take place every day, from Monday, July 29 to Saturday, August 3, 2024, in the glassworks, in the heart of our glassworks. In the main roles you can look forward to the well-known and experienced master glassmakers, Vladimír Veverka and Zdeněk Kolář.

We invite you to a tour of historic and contemporary Mustang cars, which you can see up close with your own eyes in our glassworks on Friday 19. 7. 2024 from 10.30 to 13.30. The area is open to you free of charge.
