St. Nicholas Gift-Giving at Glassworks

Experience the magic of the evening at the glassworks with us, St. Nicholas, the devil, and the angel. The evening atmosphere adds a unique touch to this event—the glow of the fire in the furnaces and the sparkle of crystal creations will create an unforgettable experience. In addition to glassmaking, a special Advent program awaits you. St. Nicholas, the devil, and the angel will delight both children and adults with a traditional St. Nicholas gift-giving.
Program
Throughout the late afternoon, children will have the chance to meet St. Nicholas, the devil, and the angel in the hot shop, where a glassmaking show will also take place. You’ll witness our master glassmakers create an original piece from molten glass right before your eyes. Each child will step onto the workbench with the devil, peek into the furnace, and receive a gift from St. Nicholas. Reciting a poem to St. Nicholas is sure to bring a smile!
Following this, our guide will lead a tour of the glassworks, ending in the engraving workshop. For an additional fee, visitors can engrave their own glass or bowl and take it home as a souvenir.
While the glassmakers work hard, you can enjoy the festive Christmas atmosphere, warm mulled wine, and homemade treats to keep you cozy on a chilly evening.
