Whistleblower protection

BMRC Group, s.r.o. whistleblower protection

The BMRC Group, s.r.o., which encompasses the brands Rückl and Bomma, considers the policy of preventing unlawful conduct to be crucial. It is not only in our interest but also in the interest of all our employees and business partners to report any suspicion of unlawful conduct or impending unlawful conduct.

Every report will be thoroughly investigated, appropriate consequences will be derived from it, and necessary actions will be taken. BMRC Group fully embraces whistleblower protection and does not tolerate any form of retaliation against the whistleblower.

Reports of suspected unfair, unethical, or unlawful conduct should contain as much information as possible. Although the whistleblower is automatically protected by law, all information must be truthful, otherwise whistleblower protection laws do not apply. It is important to support claims with evidence that will aid in the investigation of the reported incident.

Whistleblowers are also encouraged to submit their reports:

  1. In writing through our communication tool NNTB, which also provides the greatest control over handling reports and best ensures the whistleblower’s anonymity if requested,
  2. Orally again through the NNTB communication tool, where the message is recorded using the microphone button when submitting the report, anonymity is ensured by voice modulation during message recording, which the whistleblower can listen to before saving,
  3. In person at the company’s headquarters.
  4. In writing to the company’s address, the envelope must be prominently marked with the inscription “report – do not open.”
