Terms and Conditions for Online Purchase of Tickets and Gift Vouchers
- The System is operated by the Provider. The Organiser is a partner organisation of the Provider on the basis of a valid contract.
- The Organiser enables customers to purchase tickets and gift vouchers online.
- Purchased tickets and gift vouchers are printed by the Customer on their own printer or stored in their mobile device in an electronic form, so that they can subsequently present them during the Organiser’s inspection in the Complex at a designated marked place. After payment, the Customer shall have the tickets ready after logging into the System in its user section. In order to print the ticket, the Customer must be equipped with a PDF reader.
- Tickets are equipped with an identification code, which will be checked by an employee of the Organiser upon entry and on the basis of this code will be allowed entry. The ticket cannot be reused. Neither the Organiser nor the Provider shall be liable for misuse of the ticket, e.g., due to its copying. The Customer is obliged to store the ticket in a safe place and protect it against copying.
- Tickets can be paid by VISA and MasterCard. When paying by card, you will be asked to enter the control code (CVC/CVV), which is a three-digit code on the back of the card on the signature strip. In the case of the 3-D Secure card, you will also be asked to enter a password or PIN.
- Purchased tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- In accordance with the provisions of Section 1837(j) of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, as amended, the Customer has no right to withdraw from the contract concluded between the Customer and the Organiser via the System pursuant to the provisions of Section 1829 of the Civil Code (withdrawal from the contract within 14 days without giving reasons), given that it is a contract for the use of leisure time and the performance is provided by the entrepreneur, i.e., in this case the Organiser of the Event, within the specified time.
- The Provider is not the Organiser of the individual Events for which the tickets are sold and is therefore not responsible for the holding, change or cancellation of the Event. It is not responsible for any costs incurred by the Customer in connection with the holding, alteration or cancellation of the Events.
- All claims must be made to the Event Organiser at exkurze@visitruckl.com. In the event of a complete cancellation of the Event, the following procedure will be followed.
- In the event of cancellation or change of the Event, the entry fee will be refunded to your bank account upon written specification of the account number and name of the account holder by you.
- All queries and any complaints must be delivered without undue delay to exkurze@visitruckl.com.
- The Organiser reserves the right to change the programme of the Event. By purchasing a ticket, the Customer acknowledges this right of the Organiser.
- The seller processes the Customer’s personal data for the purpose of fulfilling the contractual relationship between the seller and the buyer within the meaning of Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2017/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council.
- By purchasing a ticket, the Customer confirms that they will comply with the Organiser’s Visitor Regulations when attending the Event. The Customer is always obliged to comply with the rules set out by the Event Organiser in connection with admission to a particular Event.
- In the event that a consumer dispute arises between the Event Organiser and the Customer who is a consumer in connection with the purchase of tickets for the Event organised by the Organiser or in connection with the holding or course of the organised Event, which cannot be resolved by mutual agreement between the Customer and the Organiser, the Customer may submit a proposal for out-of-court settlement of such dispute to the designated entity for out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes, which is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority, Central Inspectorate – ADR Department, Gorazdova 1969/24, 120 00 Prague 2, Czech Republic e-mail: adr@coi.cz, website: http://adr. coi.cz.
